How should I store my caramels?
To maintain optimal freshness, store your caramels in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While they remain delicious at room temperature for up to 4 weeks, you can refrigerate them to extend their shelf life.
Are your caramels gluten-free?
Most of our signature caramel flavors are naturally gluten-free. However, they are produced in a facility that also handles wheat, so we recommend checking the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen details.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We hand-batch our caramels to ensure quality. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada to ensure our products arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Do you use corn syrup in your recipes?
We pride ourselves on using high-quality, simple ingredients. Many of our recipes use organic cane sugar and brown rice syrup as alternatives to high-fructose corn syrup.
